POSICION UBICADA EN SILAO
Education and experience:
. At least 7 years of relevant experience.
. Knowledge of local employment practices, laws and regulations of Mexico and Brasil.
. Bachelor’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
. Proven success in all functional areas of human resources, including benefits, performance management and employee relations.
. Experience in the development of policies and procedures.
. Strong organizational skills, project management and programs.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
. Fluent in Spanish / English
OBLIGATIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Partner with the human resources team and senior management to support the execution of the human resources strategy.
. Manage and solve complex problems of relationships with employees with the ability to conduct effective, through and objective investigations.
. Maintain a through knowledge of the legal requirements related to the daily administration of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
. Provide daily guidance
. Manage the recruitment of the complete life cycle and the coordination of personnel for the Mexico and Brazil.
